Ingredient
Rice
Mixed vegetables
King prawns
1 medium size Onion
Half of a scotch (optional)
Garlic powder or paste (optional)
1 tabkespoon Curry
2 tablespoon Thyme
Chicken powder
Salt
Olive oil
Cooking Instruction
Parboil rice in a pot and add salt to taste
Once rice is cooked, set aside
Dice onion and scotch bonnet and set aside
Pour some oil into the pot, let it heat up for 2 mins. Then add mixed vegetable and let it fry for one minute. Add onion and diced scotch bonnet and stir
Add seasoning (chicken powder, curry, thyme, salt), and prawns. Mix together then put the lid on and let it cook for 10 minutes and stir occasionally it’s cooking.
Once cooked, add cooked rice into the stir fry mixture and serve.
