Damage/Return Policy
In case your order arrives damaged, customer will be required to inform us by sending an email to us which must include their full name, order number and photographic evidence of the damaged product. We will then process this within 48 hours and take appropriate action. With satisfactory evidence, we will exchange the damaged goods. In case the products is not available, we will offer an alternative or a full refund if there is no alternative.

To return product, this must be done within 5 days with proof of purchase such as the receipt. Items must be unopened and in its original packaging. Frozen food cannot be returned due to contamination. Refund will be processed with 3 to 5 working days.

By using our service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following unsubscribe link or by emailing at bestafofood24@gmail.com.
